NFL Football 2013

I expect this thread to take off just as much as the one I started on JC.

Around a month away.... and I am already sick of hearing anything involving Johnny Manziel (has anyone really gone out of his/her way to ruin their career in such little time?) and the JETS.

Hopefully, this will be the last year of the Rex Ryan circus.

Peyton and Eli Manning rapping. Yes, I said rapping. Archie even makes an appearance.

Is it me, or does it seem like there are lot more injuries than normal this pre-season?....especially ACL related.

This is about the real NFL not Madden. BUT, the Giants, my team, were maddening.

I was looking forward to the first Sunday of football. But yesterday was such a beautiful day I was outdoors and didn't see any football until the Giants/Cowboys game last night.

The Giants game last night was kind of a microcosm of the Yankees' season: Awful play, Despair, Hope, Awful Play, Despair, Hope, Despair.

Negative props as well to the Cowboys. The Giants turned over the ball 3 times in the first 6 minutes......and the Cowboys still didn't score more than 3 points as that went on. In fact, not long after that the Giants actually tied the score at 3-3.

Wish I had seen some GOOD football (I missed most of Peyton Thursday as well) this weekend. And from what I've read, there was plenty.

Tell me why Clowney shouldn't be the top pick.

Will Dez Bryant stay with the Cowboys? Will Ndamukong Suh go to the Raiders? How about Michael Crabtree? I hear the Texans could use someone like him.
