Topic of Last Posts on Board Index

Now, when you arrive on the front page of the site to view the board index, in addition to seeing when the last post was made and who made it for each forum, you can see the title of the topic, too. (Long topics will be shortened with the ellipsis treatment...)

Seems like a good way to keep up with what is currently tracking on the site without having to do a lot clicking back and forth. As always, you can still click on the little icon () to go straight to the post.
