And for me, it mostly means I'm not listening to, or buying, anything new. And mostly only listening to music in the car during my relatively short commute.
It's not a true moratorium, but as close as a music lover would get to one.
I understand. There was no finger-pointing or judgement on my part.
A day without music (for me) would be a day without full passion for life. And, since I've played music at varying levels for 57 of my 70+ years, it would just be weird.
Live music is the best, most profound, moving, inspirational of all, because you are part of the experience in a way that cannot be denied, whether on the stage or in the audience.
