A documentary short made in 2010 by Danilo Parra showed [McIntyre] playing on subway platforms and preparing to record an album.

Good question! On that page are automatically generated (I guess) video thumbnails from various dates, but that whole caption is clearly marked as having been posted, along with the video, on Sept. 13, 2010.
