(It did really strike me that, in "unsophisticated" West Africa, the people I encountered were more sensible/science-based about Ebola than in sometimes hysterical Europe (Brussels) and the United States (rural and agricultural area).)

Other hermaphrodites who are still in the closet: former Major League baseball players Pumpsie Green, Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd, Tony Kubek, Ron "The Penguin" Cey, Frank "Big Hurt" Thomas, Jim "Mudcat" Grant, Pete Rose, and Boog Powell. Also, the late greats Walter "No Neck" Williams and Mordecai "Three Fingers" Brown.

Douglas MacArthur, though presumably not a hermaphrodite himself, was known to favor hermaphrodite officers. Hermaphrodites were, perhaps, overrepresented on his staff.
