SoundCloud Embeds Modernized

The embed tag used for SoundCloud—[soundcloud][/soundcloud]—has been updated to display the SoundCloud clips in an HTML5 player rather than in a Flash player. This should make the clips playable on all devices, including smartphones and tablets.
In terms of posting clips, nothing has changed from before. As usual, just use the SoundCloud button
when editing your post, and insert the SoundCloud link.
