Save the Date! "Doug Robinson Solo (Sort Of)"

Just thought I'd show you the newspaper ad for next week's solo piano concert in a beautiful little church in San Miguel de Allende. It's 'Solo (Sort Of)' because I've invited violoncellist supreme Jimena Giménez Cacho and classical piano wizard Mauro Ledesma to join me on a few numbers. My first rehearsal with Jimena was this morning, and it was pretty sublime.
Wish you were here.

Wish I could be there, too, Doug!
I don't see the attached image, though. There's a little "nothing here" icon. Is it just me?

Here it is, Doug. If you Copy and Paste it into #1, I'll delete this post.
(For me, the image in this post takes several seconds to load from Flickr, but it does load.)

Thanks, Rita, but I only see the same 'question mark' icon that I see on my own post....

hmmm comes through on my old office system quite nicely. (I'm usually the one getting the little red x or question mark.)
Wish I could be there, too!.

Okay, Doug, here it is as an attachment, reduced to an allowable resolution and the max height allowed:

Sounds very intriguing and exciting, Doug. Wish I could transport myself there.
Here are photos of the two musicians who will be featured alongside Doug in the performance.
Jimena Giménez Cacho
Mauro Ledesma

Just a wee update on the concert--about 125 people, nearly full house; I was at my most relaxed and (I'm told) charming as I told a few stories and played my tunes. The cellist was wonderful, the other pianist did a great job interpreting my music. I'm editing videos this week and will link to a few when I'm done. In the meantime, here is the rehearsal of my first ever tango, Besos Ocultos. Mauro coming out was a total surprise to the audience and it went over just as planned. He can't swing at all, and was reading every single note, so the groove is a tad screwy in the middle section, but that's life--it gave me an opportunity to grab my little red melodica and stretch my legs in any case!
Oh, and I will be changing the title of this video clip soon.

This is a good one, I think--for those of you who've never heard me speak (that would be all but Valerie, MJB, Gonzo and Gordon, I think), maybe this will be interesting.
I'm welcoming the crowd after playing the first song unannounced, and offering some thank you's (including one big one for Rosario, my novia). Then I play January 10, 1959 which is a favorite ballad of mine. The entire clip is 6:17.
