About the Artists -
Jazz drum legend Billy Hart was a founding member of the influential Herbie Hancock group Mwandishi in the 70s, and his career has been filled with world-class performances with the greatest names in jazz. He is currently in the midst of a critically acclaimed run of albums for the great European jazz record label, ECM, and continues to perform around the world with leading jazz artists today.
