My girlfriend has a fantastic top-floor condo one block from the beach for rent. (Our renter backed out at the last minute--she was supposed to move in this coming week!)

It's in a well-run complex with lush landscaping, a pool, a gym, 24 hour security, etc. Fully furnished with internet, a smart tv, kitchen goodies and more. Three bedrooms, a spacious sala with excellent views of the jungle and mountains to the east. Terrific location, good restaurants in the neighborhood including the best street tacos in the state of Jalisco, and only a five-minute stroll to el Centro.

We're really looking for long term rentals--a month or longer--but if a JC brother or sister (sounds better than brethren or sister, doesn't it?) wanted to stay for at least a couple of weeks I bet she'd say ok.
