I think a great example is luggage with wheels. It has a clear, indisputable benefit, it's inexpensive to make, the essential technology has long existed and yet the availability of the product is relatively recent..

I think if the internet had been invented 100 years ago, it would have been nice. Maybe it would have prevented World War II.
