Re: Avatar, and other garden variety, problems.
Thanks, bro. I'll eventually get used to the board's ins and outs. BTW, I noticed that most of my posts are able to be deleted but a couple are not. No biggie, though. It's probably a temporary glitch. Thanks again, Scott. And thanks to jtx as well.

Re: Avatar, and other garden variety, problems.
I right clicked on the image and copied the image url and pasted it in between the image brackets . Don't know what else to do. I'll figure it out eventually. Gotta go back and delete that obnoxiously large post.

Re: Avatar, and other garden variety, problems.
I tried it with image tags as well as url tags. Didn't work. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. This is what I get when I use the img tag function.
I'll delete this crazy huge post after you view and comment on it.
Couldn't delete the post but I got rid of the extraneous stuff.

Food For Thought
I'm passionate about few things. Food, cooking and dining out is at the top of my list of serious interests. I therefore submit this thread to talk about any and all things related to the culinary arts. I welcome all comments and insights. If nobody posts here I'll just talk to myself. In between bi...

Re: Avatar, and other garden variety, problems.
Can somebody hip me to posting an image? I use to be able to just copy and paste an image directly without bothering with codes. That doesn't work now. I've tried several different ways with no luck. What gives?

Re: Who I is.
Just when I thought I was out... they pull me back in! Hi all, Jimmy C in da house. I've been lurking here since day one. Didn't want to register until Scott and Ron did the heavy lifting and got most of the kinks out. I figure I did my part by staying out of their way. ;) Good to be back with my fr...
