Re: NFL Football 2013

Is it me, or does it seem like there are lot more injuries than normal this pre-season?....especially ACL related.

Re: MLB 2013

 It was brought to my attention that this might be a good time for me to start following my team again. I'm finding conflicting definitions of "fair-weather fan." I've never switched my allegiance to a team other than the Pirates---never! Rather, I've ignored MLB for dec...

Re: Trivial Annoyances

Looking for a replacement to my 23-year old car, I just discovered that most recent vehicles don't have cd players anymore, not even as an option. Bluetooth is the new thing, but what if you don't use your phone to store and listen to music? :( You should still be able to order them, but they no lo...

Re: Jazz Videos

The amazing thing is that he might have already had ALS in 1975. He wasn't diagnosed with ALS until the end of 1977, after a rather extensive tour. I know when he was diagnosed with it. You can have it for a couple years before it becomes noticeable enough to go see a doctor. It also can explain wh...

NFL Football

NFL Football 2013 I expect this thread to take off just as much as the one I started on JC. Around a month away.... and I am already sick of hearing anything involving Johnny Manziel (has anyone really gone out of his/her way to ruin their career in such little time?) and the JETS. Hopefully,...

Re: Newport Jazz Festival 2013

Flip side of that was Lollapalooza had record crowds of 100,000+ each day this year and the police were not that noticeable....and there is beer allowed. It was even raining and muddy early on Friday and people were still enjoying themselves. You really have to be going out of your way to get arrest...

Either way, "is that a threat?" is not a good question to ask me once I've asked you to reel it in. No waving your dick in the face of the people administering the free forums you're posting on is a good rule of thumb that I learned not so long ago. And like him, I went about learning it ...
